By creating an account or downloading Purphex Music you agree to these terms.
The app and the account
Purphex Music is offered free of charge. You need an account to download it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
How you may use it
- Use Purphex lawfully. Only download, convert or edit audio and video that you own or have the right to use.
- Do not try to break, overload, copy or misuse this website or other people's accounts.
- Do not use the sounds, tools or software in a way that infringes anyone's rights.
Your content
Anything you make with the app stays yours and stays on your computer. If you share a song or write a comment in the community, you keep the rights to it and you give us permission to store it and play it to other signed-in members for as long as you leave it there. Only share songs you made or have the right to share. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, or that belongs to someone else. We may remove content, or suspend an account, that breaks these rules, and members can report songs to us.
The sound packs generated by the app are made by the app's own sound design, and their licence is included with each pack.
No warranty
The app and this website are provided "as is", without promises that they will always work, be error-free or suit a particular purpose. We are not responsible for lost files or projects, so keep backups of your work. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending an account
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use Purphex after a change means you accept it.
